Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer delegated assignments and responsibilities of limited risk and moderate complexity
  • Coordinate allocated resources, identify and manage risk
  • Perform workflow analysis to identify labor-intensive tasks and inefficiencies
  • Recommend automation and process changes to streamline workflows and increase resource usage efficiency
  • Develop functional area plans, goals, objectives, budgets, and procedures
  • Stay abreast of pertinent federal and state regulations and interact with compliance staff to ensure assignment components are compliant

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field and three years of progressively responsible business operations experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think critically, leverage business metrics, and effectively manage own and other's time and priorities and resources
  • Experience using project management software preferred

Working Conditions:

The work environment is typically moderate, with occasional periods of high activity.
