Job Description

Panna Knows is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering a singular interface to our customers for membership, as well as product and service coordination spanning various business units and product lines.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solutions and global sales, with a minimum of 10 years of experience. You will have a proven track record of success in industries related to our key customer industries, including Marketplaces, CPG/FMCG Grocery, Retail Apparel, General Merchandise, Healthcare, and Foodservice.

As a Strategic Account Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Formulating, executing, and overseeing account strategies to cultivate robust, extensive, and enduring relationships with our key customers.
  • Identifying and engaging potential demand-side partners, such as retailers/marketplaces, across specified industries or sectors.
  • Developing and maintaining high, wide, and deep relationships with assigned key accounts.
  • Providing one face to the customer for the company and advocating the adoption of standards in the appropriate industry.
  • Coordinating and consulting with internal matrix partners to deliver the right solution(s) to solve specific customer problems and achieve customer business objectives.
