Job Summary:

This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication and organizational skills to support the administrative functions within the company. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, order processing, and management, with a strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems and databases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with customer service support for external and internal customers, including answering phone calls, monitoring emails, and entering and processing sales orders.
  • Review customer purchase orders to ensure inventory availability and delivery times can be met.
  • Compile and organize information from various databases and spreadsheets to create daily reports.
  • Monitor sale/production orders to ensure timely completion.
  • Assist with purchase orders and coordinate delivery schedules as needed.
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
  • Participate in production meetings to address and advise on inventory or scheduling issues.
  • Update and maintain customer and product information in databases.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years' experience in customer service, production planning, or other administrative positions in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with the basics of accounting.
  • Understanding of MRP, ERP, and other business information management systems.
