About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead our Emergency & Critical Care team at Bulger Veterinary Hospital. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the department, ensuring high-quality patient care, and fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the scheduling and staffing of the Emergency & Critical Care department
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement departmental goals and objectives
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure excellent patient care and customer service
  • Participate in the hiring process and conduct performance evaluations
  • Manage equipment maintenance and service needs
Requirements
  • Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) or Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) certification
  • 3+ years of experience as a Veterinary Technician in an emergency or critical care setting
  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
