About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Surgery Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Bulger Veterinary Hospital. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the surgical teams and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, comprehensive medical services to our clients and patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, fostering a culture of trust, respect, and collaboration among team members.
  • Coordinate staffing to meet client needs and budgetary goals.
  • Streamline operations and enhance service delivery without compromising care or hospitality.
  • Mentor and develop staff, ensuring they have the training and support they need to succeed.
  • Serve as a central resource for all departments, offering guidance and support whenever needed.
  • Maintain equipment and service needs to ensure optimal functionality.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited AVMA program or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in Veterinary Anesthesia.
  • CVT, LVT, or VTS certification preferred.
  • Accuracy in calculating and delivering anesthetic agents, fluids and CRI's
  • Proficiency in record keeping related to medical procedures including daily treatments administered, patient status, procedures completed, supplies used and anesthetic records
  • Understanding and review of medical records pertinent to patient care.
  • Comprehensive understanding and experience with anesthetic monitoring is required

  • Competitive hourly wage of $31-$40 pending experience and skills assessment leveling.
  • Full-time, 36-40 hours weekly (days), including up to 3 holidays.
