Senior Premier Client Service Associate

East West Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Premier Client Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our client service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist Relationship Managers with new account opening processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of information.
- Provide sales support, including document preparation, research, and follow-up with clients and prospects.
- Coordinate with Centralized Relationship Services to provide commercial account maintenance, including fund transfers, auto-payment account set-up, and stop payments.
- Provide superior client service, taking ownership of client needs, problems, and requests, and ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Assist in servicing business deposit accounts, including completion of necessary forms and documentation, and verifying accuracy of account openings.
- Assist in deposit acquisition through understanding of business deposit products and partnering with Relationship Managers to execute business deposit services recommendations.
- Assist Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers with the initial stages of the loan origination process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of information to the Funding Department and Loan Services.
- Assist Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers in problem loan management and collection activities, including review of past due reports, monitoring of payment postings, and early and frequent contact with past due clients.
- High school diploma or equivalent education and related training with three years of customer service experience, or Associates degree in a related field with two years of customer service experience.
- Minimum 5 years of banking experience in account opening, particularly for business entities and customer service.
- Candidate should have basic knowledge of general banking regulations, including BSA, CIP, OFAC, etc.
- Familiar with new account opening processes and commercial account structures.
- Possess basic knowledge of loan operations.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, relating to internal and external clients and contacts.
- Strong customer service contact handling skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume inquiries in a timely manner.
- Strong organization skills.
- Ability to complete all core trainings.
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
- Possess math aptitude with ability to grasp general accounting and financial concepts.
- Must be fluent in English, both speaking and written.
Compensation: The base pay range for this position is USD $25.00/Hr. - USD $30.00/Hr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
