Blockchain Partnership Strategist

Plume Network is seeking a highly experienced Business Development Lead to drive the growth and expansion of our ecosystem partnerships. As the Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for building Plume's partner ecosystem, fostering relationships with technology providers, DeFi protocols, and institutional finance players.
">Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and execution of Plume's ecosystem partnership strategy, identifying key market segments, technology partners, and RWA issuers to accelerate network growth.
- Negotiate and close high-impact partnerships that drive adoption, tokenization volume, and liquidity on Plume's blockchain.
- 7+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or ecosystem growth, with a focus on fintech, blockchain, or DeFi.
- Strong track record of building ecosystems, scaling partnerships, and driving revenue growth in emerging technology markets.
- Fully remote work arrangement with the option to come into the NYC office any time.
- Competitive salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
