We are currently in search of a Remote Regional Sales Executive (RSE) for the Chicago Metro Area, including locations such as Downers Grove, Schaumburg, and Joliet.

The RSE will play a crucial role within the organization for this vital territory. This position is full-time, W-2, and entails remote/outside sales responsibilities. The RSE is tasked with leading the company's Sales and Marketing initiatives by focusing, coordinating, organizing, and directing sales efforts within the territory to foster product demand through the establishment of effective relationships and delivering value in every sales interaction. The Regional Sales Executive is accountable for driving sales growth of product offerings. The RSE will work within their designated territory to enhance customer awareness of products, target key accounts, create opportunities, and surpass sales targets.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold quality standards and promote continuous product improvement.
  • Educate clients on the value proposition and advantages of our products.
  • Travel within the assigned territory at least four days per week; one day may be allocated for planning and analysis from a home office.
  • Complete a minimum of seventeen (17) qualified in-services annually at rehabilitation providers or referral facilities.
  • Participate in weekly call reports to assess and provide feedback on sales activities.
  • Stay updated on new and existing product developments and information.
  • Remain informed about industry standards, trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies.
  • Keep abreast of government regulations related to competitive bidding and other regulations, including Medicare Billing Codes.
  • Adhere to company safety policies and engage in required safety training.
  • Undertake additional business travel as necessary.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with durable medical equipment (DME) and/or mobility solutions is essential.
  • A reliable vehicle such as a minivan, SUV, or crossover in excellent condition is required for transporting multiple samples for presentations.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time management abilities.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and capacity.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 is necessary.
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems is required, or the ability to quickly learn.
  • Flexibility in work schedules is essential, with availability based on business needs.
  • Fluency in English, with strong written and oral communication and customer service skills.
  • A valid US Driver's License in good standing is mandatory and must be maintained throughout employment.

Educational Background: A high school diploma with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant sales experience; or an equivalent combination of closely related experience, education, and/or training. A college degree is preferred. RESNA credentialing and/or ATP certification is advantageous.
