Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Minor League Baseball team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, meeting sales targets, and driving revenue growth through ticket sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed ticket sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including team owners, general managers, and other key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven sales experience in a related industry, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop effective sales strategies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
