This role involves traveling to various residential sites that experience communication issues between their metering devices and the Meter Data Management System (MDM). The primary responsibility will be to install devices that improve the connectivity of the meters to the nearest macro towers. Below are the key responsibilities and qualifications required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Obtain and analyze maps and aerial views of residential complexes
  • Visit front offices to identify meter locations
  • Document and verify all registered meters, utilizing a southern link device for data collection
  • Compile data for the lead RF engineer to assess installation needs for the R-100 device
  • Return to the site to perform device installations (minimal setup required, such as wall mounting or plugging in)
  • Proceed to the next location for similar tasks

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in data analysis, particularly using Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in telecommunications
  • Hands-on installation experience
