About the Job:

We are currently recruiting for a Youth Case Management Coordinator to join our Foster Care team at Friends of Youth. This role is responsible for supporting youth in Foster Care, working closely with Case Managers to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual assessments related to each youth's life skills educational needs.
  • Assist foster parents in delivering specific life skills education to the youth.
  • Connect youth with community resources and services.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse populations. A strong understanding of life skills education and community resources is essential, as is proficiency in Spanish and English.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field preferred.
  • Experience working with adolescent youth an asset.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

What We Offer:
  • $45,000 - $55,000 per year (dependent on experience)
