Job Description

As an Automotive F&I Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Identifying customer needs and recognizing buying signals to close deals with add-ons like warranties and vehicle protections

• Building strong relationships with customers to increase the likelihood of future sales and ensuring a smooth financing process

• Assisting sales professionals with transactions, financing, warranties, and final add-ons during the paperwork process

• Committing to hitting dealership and department sales goals while maintaining integrity at all times

Requirements & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• At least one to two years of experience in Automotive F&I

• Proven ability to hit revenue goals in your auto dealership career history

• Professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong customer service and negotiation skills

• A passion for sales and customer satisfaction

• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the automotive industry

Location & Schedule

This role requires relocation to Arroyo Grande, CA, where you will work an 8-hour shift with rotating weekends.
