Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 2-5 years of experience to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with preferable skills in graphic design and front-end development. This role is perfect for a creative and analytical individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving online engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Digital Marketing Strategy:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  2. Content Creation & Management:
    • Create, curate, and manage content for various digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, blogs, and websites.
    • Design visually appealing graphics and multimedia content to enhance engagement and user experience.
  3. SEO & SEM:
    • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve organic search rankings.
    • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to maximize ROI.
  4. Social Media Management:
    • Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
    • Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  5. Email Marketing:
    • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.
    • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  6. Analytics & Reporting:
    • Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytics platforms to track and report on website and campaign performance.
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  7. Graphic Design:
    • Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital marketing materials, including social media posts, email templates, banners, and ads.
    • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel.
  8. Front-End Development:
    • Utilize HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills to make minor updates and improvements to the website.
    • Collaborate with the web development team to ensure seamless integration of design elements and functionality.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Web Development, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2-5 years) in digital marketing roles.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Drupal).
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction and an eye for detail.
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively translating marketing objectives into compelling designs.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Capacity to manage time effectively, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • A keen interest in staying abreast of trends and advancements in web design and digital technologies.
  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools is a plus.
  • Basic use of MS Office programs.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • Must be able to lift maximum of 50 pounds on an occasional basis.
  • Prolonged periods sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Occasionally required to travel.
