Key Responsibilities:

  • Risk Management Program: Develop and manage a robust risk management program aligned with industry best practices (e.g., OCTAVE, NIST RMF, COSO).
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct regular risk assessments, identify critical risks, and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Third-Party Risk Management: Evaluate and manage risks associated with third-party vendors and suppliers.
  • Risk Governance: Establish and maintain a risk governance framework, including the development and tracking of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
  • Risk Communication: Clearly communicate risk information to stakeholders, including the Risk team and senior leadership.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to prioritize risks in a dynamic and evolving threat landscape.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, preferably with a focus on cyber and enterprise risk.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, information security, business administration).
  • Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in risk management (e.g., CRISC, CISM).
  • Experience in a regulated industry.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and standards.
