Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist Supervisor

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a highly skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist Supervisor to join our team in Dallas, Texas.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of Interventional Radiology Technologists, ensuring the delivery of high-quality imaging services, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of Interventional Radiology Technologists, ensuring timely and accurate completion of exams.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and Baylor Scott & White Health's philosophy.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement a budget for the department, including the allocation of resources and equipment.
  • Provide training and coaching to new staff members and ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary staff meetings to ensure consistent and timely communication throughout the department.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and patient safety.
