Next GenHealth Staffing is seeking a qualified Supervisor for Interventional Radiology to enhance our dedicated workforce.
Essential Qualifications:
- EDUCATION: Graduate of an Accredited Program
- EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 3 Years in the Field
Required Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS): Mandatory
- Medical Radiologic Tech (MRT): Certification from Texas Medical Board is essential
- ARRT Certifications: Candidates must possess at least one of the following - ARRT-Bone Density (ARRT-BD), ARRT-CT Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT), ARRT-M Mammography (ARRT-M), ARRT-R Radiography (ARRT-R), ARRT-VI Interventional Radiology (ARRT-VI), or Cert Nuclear Med Tech (CNMT). Certification by ARRT or ARDMS is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Demonstrated experience in Interventional Radiology and leadership is preferred.
- Responsible for managing schedules for IR Radiologic Technologists, overseeing payroll, and maintaining familiarity with IR supplies and scheduling processes.
- Will supervise a team comprising 8-10 IR Radiologic Technologists, 2 schedulers, 1 supply technician, and 1 clinical service technician.
- This role will report directly to the Nurse Manager and the Director of Radiology.
- Act as a departmental liaison in the absence of management.
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate ranging from $35 to $60.
