Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a highly skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist Supervisor to join our team in Dallas, Texas.

Job Summary:

The Interventional Radiology Technologist Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the delivery and quality of imaging services in the Interventional Radiology department. This includes ensuring that exams are performed in a timely, accurate, and cost-efficient manner, and that patient preparation is adequate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the scheduling and staffing of the Interventional Radiology department
  • Ensure that all imaging procedures are performed in compliance with established System and regulatory standards, policies and procedures
  • Train and evaluate the performance of supervised staff
  • Participate in multidisciplinary staff meetings to ensure consistent and timely communication throughout the department
  • Develop and implement plans to improve patient satisfaction and service excellence
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist
  • IR leadership experience
  • Neuro and Trauma experience preferred
  • Medical Radiologic Tech (MRT) certification from the Texas Medical Board
  • ARRT-CT, ARRT-R, or ARRT-VI certification
