  • The Rehabilitation Specialist identifies opportunities for health enhancement, implements interventions for current and emerging issues, mitigates the risk of further complications, and promotes wellness and fitness to improve human performance related to movement and health. Interventions encompass assessment, goal setting, treatment planning and execution, education, and communication to meet the needs of patients and their caregivers.
  • The Rehabilitation Specialist collaborates with interdisciplinary and ancillary healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless continuum of care. Performs all responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education that meets certification, licensing, or registration standards.
