Job Overview

Cleveland Clinic's Hillcrest Hospital is a world-class healthcare institution seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join its team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating conditions that affect one's ability to communicate and swallow.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, be licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in Ohio, and hold or have applied for the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Pathology from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients with injuries and/or diseases which result in a loss or impairment of speech, language, voice, cognitive and/or swallowing function.
  • Perform initial and ongoing assessments, establish goals and plans of care, and perform therapy interventions utilizing standard speech therapy techniques and skills.
  • Complete documentation and maintain accurate records of patient progress.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Ohio license as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Pathology from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $**85,000 - $110,000 per year**, depending on experience and qualifications. Cleveland Clinic offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
