The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough medical histories and perform physical examinations to establish accurate diagnoses and develop effective treatment plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health literacy and self-management
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in nursing or related field
  • Current licensure as an APRN in applicable state(s)
  • National certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Certified Nurse Midwife
  • 2+ years of experience in clinical healthcare
