Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Modern Office Methods. This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Coordinate scheduling, appointments, and meetings for management and staff members.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping, with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
