Position Summary

The Family Support Manager is responsible for delivering direct support to parents and caregivers of youth involved in the system, aiming for the best possible outcomes for these young individuals. This role includes providing coaching, psychoeducation, and therapeutic support to families, which may involve parent-child interaction therapy and brief Cognitive-Behavioral therapy techniques. The position will primarily operate within the Juvenile Services office while collaborating with Health and Human Services and educational institutions. Close coordination with Child and Family Services caseworkers is essential for effective treatment planning and family support. The Family Support Manager will also partner with Clinical Services to facilitate community education programs for parents. This role includes supervising and providing professional coaching to the FAST Coordinator, Juvenile Services Facilitator, and Clinical Case Managing Coordinator.

Compensation

The starting monthly salary for this position is $6,581.00, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

  • Valid Colorado driver's license.
  • Completion of ICS 100 and ICS 200 training within the first year of employment.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
  • Ability to engage with diverse populations.
  • Strong facilitation and training capabilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving expertise.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed Clinician (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with at-risk youth and families in mental health or human services.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and occasional on-call duties.
  • Understanding of Wraparound facilitation and Restorative Practices.
  • Willingness to provide services in clients' homes.
  • Valid driver's license with required travel.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
