We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Courier to join our team at Martin's Famous Pastry Shoppe. Key Responsibilities:- Answer and direct incoming calls, ensuring prompt and professional communication with customers and colleagues.
- Operate our multiline telephone system and software systems to aid in the weekly billing process.
- Manage our mailroom, including receiving, tracking, sorting, certifying, and applying postage to mail.
- Packages and ships company product, prepares packages, and notifies outside package delivery services.
- Conduct daily bank deposits on behalf of the company and perform other errands as needed.
- Responsible for the washing and fueling of administrative company vehicles and other tasks as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and ability to learn MarkView imaging system and EasyLobby system.
The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts and moderate noise levels. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including 401K, disability insurance, and paid holidays.
