Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage job work tickets and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Communicate with national builders and customers to verify job site readiness.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling and documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of accounting and CRM software.
  • Fluent English/Spanish language skills a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage time efficiently.
