Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome customers in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Deliver superior customer service by clearly communicating rental terms, vehicle features, and additional services.
  • Assist customers with local area information, directions, and service inquiries.
  • Handle incoming calls for reservations and general inquiries, providing prompt and accurate information.
  • Conduct follow-up calls as necessary to manage customer relationships.
  • Evaluate the condition of rental vehicles upon return.
  • Report any customer or vehicle issues to management promptly.
  • Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities to enhance your skills.

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • A High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.
  • Authorization to work in the United States is required.
