About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Visual Merchandising Coordinator to join our team at Anthropologie. As a key member of our visual merchandising team, you will play a critical role in creating visually appealing store displays and windows that reflect the brand's unique aesthetic.

Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising Manager to develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that drive sales and enhance customer experience
- Create and maintain visually appealing store displays and windows that reflect the brand's unique aesthetic
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of visual merchandising plans
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform visual merchandising decisions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in visual merchandising
- 3+ years of experience in visual merchandising or a related field
- Strong knowledge of visual merchandising principles and practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Competitive salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
