Key Responsibilities

  • Establish strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Work closely with customers to resolve any ordering or invoicing issues
  • Oversee the safekeeping of physical inventory at our branch
  • Conduct monthly audits to manage parts inventory
  • Coordinate inbound parts orders, staging, and distribution for accuracy and timeliness
  • Visit customer sites for sales calls as needed
  • Lead a team of 8-10 Parts employees
  • Collaborate with other departments and managers
  • Manage the parts department budget

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Strong sales consultative communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Outlook
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
  • Preferred: Previous experience in selling parts

Work Environment

  • Monday - Friday, 7am-5pm, with occasional Saturday hours
  • Primarily customer-facing role with phone communication
  • Occasional travel for external or internal meetings/training
