Multi-Family Property Manager

VPG Enterprise is seeking a highly skilled Multi-Family Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the property's maintenance, repairs, and renovations, as well as ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the property, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve property performance and increase resident satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the leasing department to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Prepare and manage budgets, analyze cash flows, and oversee accounts payable and receivable.
- Direct and supervise maintenance employees, ensuring timely completion of tasks and high-quality results.
- Oversee contractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure property maintenance and compliance with safety standards.
- Prepare and present regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- 3+ years of experience in property management, preferably in a multi-family setting.
- Strong knowledge of property management software and systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, vendors, and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and resident satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
