Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Medical Assistant to join our team at Northern Arizona Healthcare Corporation. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support services to ensure the smooth operation of our clinics.

Responsibilities
  • Escorts patients from waiting areas to exam rooms, communicating extended wait times or delays in appointment schedules.
  • Reviews patient medical records and conducts pre-visit interviews, recording chief complaints and vital signs.
  • Checks and documents patient vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Medical Assistant certification from a recognized organization within 90 days of hire.
  • Valid BLS certification and fingerprint clearance card required.
  • One year of related experience preferred, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Estimated Salary

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
