Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with patients and customers to provide accurate information and resolve inquiries.
  • Manage a high volume of customer calls and inquiries, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations for services.
  • Register patients, obtain necessary documentation, and update records in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate scheduling and prioritize multiple service needs to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Adhere to department procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance and quality of care.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; related work experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite platforms.
