About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our AWS Analytics team. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy for our rapidly growing analytics business.

You will work closely with our engineering teams to shape the product vision and prioritize features, and collaborate with our sales and field marketing teams to identify and integrate joint messaging and content into lead generation, customer engagement, and product adoption focused marketing programs.

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to define and drive the marketing strategy for our analytics business, creating compelling content to help customers understand the use cases and value propositions, and building the right marketing programs to drive customer engagement and service adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the marketing strategy for our analytics business
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to shape the product vision and prioritize features
  • Work with sales and field marketing teams to identify and integrate joint messaging and content
  • Craft and develop compelling audience-specific messages, presentations, customer success stories, and videos
  • Work with sales to ready our general and specialized sales teams on our joint value propositions and messaging
About the Team

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.

The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience in fields such as product marketing/management, technical marketing, technical pre-sales, consulting, or training
  • Demonstrated ability in launching and growing innovative technology products
  • Domain knowledge on analytics, AI and ML technology
  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
  • MBA and/or computer science, engineering, technology background
