Job Title: Part-Time Patient Care Advocate

At Justice Cannabis Co, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Patient Care Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our dispensary team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, ensuring all sales are compliant with state regulations, and maintaining a safe and clean dispensary environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Responsibilities: Ensure the consistent delivery of an exceptional customer experience, assist customers in product selection, and achieve daily/weekly sales objectives.
  • Customer Service: Continually develop communication and service skills to increase sales and generate positive reviews, educate customers on product attributes and usage, and ensure customers are accurately logged into the patient tracking system.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete accurate sales documentation, ensure transactions are entered in point-of-sale and inventory management systems in compliance with state regulations, and perform administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Two or more years of experience working in a retail or hospitality environment with cash handling responsibility.
  • Demonstrated passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Fast-paced, high volume retail sales experience preferred.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license or state ID.
  • Must pass all required background checks, certifications, and DOH affiliation requirements.

  • Experience working with Outlook email and Microsoft Office suite.
