  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the meat and seafood department, by adhering to company standards for cleanliness and safety.
  • Restock and rotate merchandise, ensuring that products are displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
  • Fulfill customer requests for meat or seafood products, answering questions and providing recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
  • Operate and maintain equipment, including scales, wrappers, and refrigeration units, to ensure efficient and safe sales operations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales and customer service goals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
