Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Kwik Fill. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves, facing merchandise, and sweeping and mopping floors.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including counting cash and preparing for the next day.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and inviting store environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
