Job Title: Trauma Nurse Specialist - Hospital Setting

About the Role:

As a Trauma Nurse Specialist with Med Ninjas, you will be working in a dynamic hospital-based environment, focusing on providing exceptional patient care in Level 1 trauma and critical care cases. Your expertise will be invaluable in ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in education and training initiatives to stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and care plans

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Current licensure as an RN in the state of Michigan
  • Board certification in Critical Care or Trauma Nursing
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Level 1 trauma and critical care nursing
