Nurse Residency Program Overview

Catholic Health Initiatives is seeking a talented Graduate Nurse to join our Nurse Residency Program. This comprehensive program is designed to support new graduate nurses as they transition from student to licensed Registered Nurse (RN) role.

Responsibilities

As a Graduate Nurse in our Nurse Residency Program, you will be responsible for delivering excellence in patient care through assessing, formulating nursing diagnoses, and establishing goals, planning and implementing interventions, and evaluating patient care outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a 3.0 grade point average
  • Less than 12 months of professional nursing experience
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Unencumbered license from the Texas Board of Nursing
