Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Operations Associate to join our team at goPuff. As a Retail Operations Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Store Operations: Assist with opening and closing the store, restocking merchandise, conducting inventory counts, and identifying discrepancies.
  • Support Sales Team: Provide support to the sales team during periods of high volume, assist with training new employees, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Cash Handling: Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including opening and closing tills, counting cash, and preparing deposits.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving and stocking merchandise, conducting inventory counts, and identifying discrepancies.
  • Security: Monitor the sales floor to prevent theft and minimize loss, including conducting bag checks and ensuring adherence to security procedures.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: 1+ years of leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant, or equivalent experience.
  • Availability: Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Math Skills: Basic math skills and proficiency in cash handling.
  • Team-Oriented: Team-oriented mentality and ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 49 pounds.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Compensation:

goPuff offers competitive compensation based on market pricing and pay may vary depending on location. Compensation for locations is based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area.
