Manufacturing Operations Director

Monumental Labs is a pioneering company that combines traditional craftsmanship with cutting-edge technology to produce custom stone sculptures at a fraction of the cost. We're seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Director to oversee the daily operations of our production facility in NYC.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement efficient production schedules to meet project deadlines and client expectations.
- Manage and optimize workflow processes to ensure maximum productivity and quality output.
- Coordinate with client managers, artistic directors, digital fabricators, and stone carvers to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Monitor and maintain equipment performance, scheduling regular maintenance and upgrades as needed.
- Lead and mentor a team of skilled technicians and operators.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures.
- Analyze production data and key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Experience in a senior production management role.
- Proven experience managing large-scale operations involving CNC technology.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing and developing teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
