Battle Lab LLC is a leader in the airsoft industry, providing immersive and high-energy experiences for airsoft enthusiasts. Our company offers a range of services including rentals, competitive play, and private events in a state-of-the-art facility designed for all skill levels.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced customer support associate to join our team as a Part-Time Front Desk Attendant.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage guest check-ins, handle waivers, and assist with equipment rentals.
  • Promote and sell products including gear, airsoft guns, and accessories. Handle rental equipment and ensure all items are properly checked in and out.
  • Manage bookings for private events, group sessions, and special events.
  • Ensure all players comply with safety guidelines and facility rules.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or recreational environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage with a diverse customer base.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in handling reservations, waivers, and rental equipment.
  • Multitasking: Ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
