Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled customer service representative to manage customer phone calls and provide technical and sales support. As a key member of our team, you will process orders, maintain records of customer interactions, file documents, and assist with data entry and analysis.
Responsibilities

- Provide recommendations based on customer needs and requirements
- Identify customer needs to improve the customer experience
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to effectively communicate to all levels of management and customers professionally
- Automotive experience and expertise preferable but not required
- Professional appearance and a positive, problem-solving attitude
- High school degree or equivalent
- Must be computer literate (Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Google Chrome, Internet Explorer)
- Must speak fluent English
