Responsibilities

  • Provide recommendations based on customer needs and requirements
  • Identify customer needs to improve the customer experience

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to effectively communicate to all levels of management and customers professionally
  • Automotive experience and expertise preferable but not required
  • Professional appearance and a positive, problem-solving attitude
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Must be computer literate (Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Google Chrome, Internet Explorer)
  • Must speak fluent English
