Job Title: Generator Parts Specialist

Wolverine Power Systems is a family-owned business that values its team members. As a Generator Parts Specialist, you will be responsible for researching, quoting, purchasing, and organizing generator replacement parts for our internal service team and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and accurately quote generator replacement parts
  • Purchase and organize parts for internal service team and external customers
  • Proactively sell residential generators by cultivating relationships with contractors and end-users
  • Assist customers with cross-selling, answering questions, and resolving concerns
  • Ensure organization and cleanliness of the Parts department
  • Serve as primary contact for shipping and receiving, including ordering, tracking, and problem resolution
  • Manage annual inventory for assigned warehouse location
  • Provide accurate and timely quoting and invoicing of parts and residential generators
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent with some college preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a high-volume parts department or relevant generator technical experience
  • Experience with MRP/ERP software preferred
  • Experience with shipping courier software preferred
