Job Summary

Gordon Food Service is seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide installation and maintenance services for a variety of equipment, including coffee machines, juice machines, dishwashers, and chemical dispensing machines.
  • Measure and analyze equipment performance to ensure optimal operation.
  • Interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
