Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution

Formulate service charge allocation methodologies based on best practices, taking into account property dimensions, tenant profiles, usage, and common area distributions.

Conduct thorough break-even analysis to assess the financial viability of real estate initiatives.

Manage client financial reporting needs, including the preparation of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses, ensuring timely and accurate report delivery.

Establish and enforce comprehensive financial policies and procedures to enhance operational finance controls and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Create engaging dashboards and reports for executive leadership, showcasing essential financial metrics, performance evaluations, and strategic insights.

Utilize exceptional communication skills to elucidate complex financial concepts to clients and stakeholders.

Perform detailed analyses of real estate operating expenses, benchmarking results against industry standards.

Collaborate with external partners to periodically review and adjust service rate cards to align with market trends.

Develop comprehensive life cycle costing and reserve fund models.


Project Management

Lead multiple consultancy projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient management and timely execution of deliverables.

Oversee the evaluation of Requests for Proposals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive technical and commercial proposals.

Ensure adherence to project timelines and client specifications.

Continuously assess project progress, adjusting plans and resources as necessary.


Client Management and Business Development
