Requirements:

  • Perform multiple projects within scope/budget/schedule expectations to ensure quality standards on project deliverables
  • Support the development and review of ongoing and new projects focused on compliance, including Clean Water Act permitting, NPDES/Stormwater permitting, and RCRA Hazardous Waste regulations
  • Provide multi-media environmental support for compliance with applicable regulations, permits, and plans
  • Identify potential compliance issues and provide recommendations for corrective actions
  • Prepare plans, permit applications, and reports for hazardous waste, air quality, storm water, NPDES, and wastewater programs
  • Experience in DOT, endangered species, historic properties, public water systems, wastewater treatment design, Facility Response Plans, and USACE permitting is desired
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time depending on client needs

Education and Experience:

  • BS Degree in Environmental Sciences or an Engineering discipline from an accredited university is required
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental requirements
  • 5+ years of experience focused on multi-media environmental consulting
