Ageless Men's Health is on the rise, with numerous clinics across the nation and an expanding clientele. We are currently seeking a dedicated full-time Clinic Director with a background as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to oversee our operations and facilitate growth.

At Ageless Men's Health, we specialize in safe and medically supervised testosterone replacement therapy, weight management, skincare, and concierge medicine, all aimed at improving our patients' overall health and wellness.


POSITION OVERVIEW


The Clinic Director position offers a distinctive opportunity for a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to lead a team and manage clinic operations. You will cultivate enduring relationships with patients while delivering direct care, which includes initial evaluations, treatment administration, and ongoing patient progress monitoring.

As a Clinic Director, you will oversee all facets of clinic management, from patient census to team selection and management.


This role features a favorable work-life balance with no night shifts, weekends, or on-call duties, along with the potential for uncapped bonuses, making your time truly valuable.

Job Type:
Full-time managerial position

Compensation:
$160,000 total starting annual compensation, which includes base salary and guaranteed minimum bonus with uncapped potential.
