Under the supervision of a physician or designated representative, the role involves utilizing effective communication and organizational skills to ensure smooth delivery of care for patients in both surgical and non-surgical environments.

This position serves as a patient advocate, ensuring that individuals have access to healthcare services as they navigate through the clinic's offerings.


Essential Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year experience in a medical or healthcare environment, or 2 years in a customer service capacity.

Experience in delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic setting, including the ability to manage confidential information with care.


Desirable Qualifications:
Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
