Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with training developers to design and update logistics training courses to reflect new developments in the field.
- Deliver classroom instruction via resident/on-site or distance learning modalities, utilizing a variety of training methods and automated logistics systems.
- Implement, evaluate, and provide recommendations for the revision of logistics training courses.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Military experience and Recruiting and Retention experience is required.
- Meet and maintain all Instructor Certification and training development requirements as specified in applicable regulations.
- Possess current applicable instructor qualifications within six months of employment.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- 5 years of military recruiting experience.
