Your Role:
As a Lead Visual Storyteller, you will play a crucial role in capturing the essence of our guests' experiences through stunning photography. Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with guests to enhance their experience and answer any inquiries.
- Capturing high-quality images of guests interacting with our amazing animals.
- Assisting guests in viewing and purchasing their memorable photographs.
- Promoting and selling retail merchandise and photography services.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in all assigned areas.
- Performing additional tasks as needed to support the team.
What You Bring:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in capturing quality images using a digital camera.
- Ability to manage cash transactions and learn to operate a point of sale system.
- Composure and quick decision-making skills in high-pressure situations.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in guest service and photography is preferred.
- Knowledge of DSLR cameras is advantageous.
- Comfortable working in sandy environments and around water.
- Willingness to work with animals and in various weather conditions.
