Your Role:

As a Lead Visual Storyteller, you will play a crucial role in capturing the essence of our guests' experiences through stunning photography. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with guests to enhance their experience and answer any inquiries.
  • Capturing high-quality images of guests interacting with our amazing animals.
  • Assisting guests in viewing and purchasing their memorable photographs.
  • Promoting and selling retail merchandise and photography services.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in all assigned areas.
  • Performing additional tasks as needed to support the team.

What You Bring:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in capturing quality images using a digital camera.
  • Ability to manage cash transactions and learn to operate a point of sale system.
  • Composure and quick decision-making skills in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Previous experience in guest service and photography is preferred.
  • Knowledge of DSLR cameras is advantageous.
  • Comfortable working in sandy environments and around water.
  • Willingness to work with animals and in various weather conditions.
