Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician III to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our manufacturing organization, you will be responsible for conducting preventive maintenance and performing repairs on production equipment as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular equipment inspections to identify potential issues and perform repairs to prevent downtime.
  • Collaborate with the shift lead and team members to complete electrical and mechanical projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Work with PLC's and other automation systems to optimize equipment performance and efficiency.
  • Manage inventory levels of electrical spare parts and maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs.
  • Install, set up, modify, and relocate equipment to meet production needs or improve efficiency.
  • Test electrical and electronic equipment for continuity, current, voltage, and resistance.
  • Ensure equipment operates safely and report any changes in electrical circuits to the Maintenance Manager, updating diagrams accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of PLC's and other automation systems.
  • Ability to read and write electrical, electronic, basic hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics/diagrams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
