Construction Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Denver, CO. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales plan to promote and sell our fire protection and life safety services to end-users in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a sales plan to achieve and exceed assigned sales goals and quotas.
- Promote and sell various service offerings to end-users of fire alarm and fire protection equipment.
- Establish contact with prospective customers and qualify potential buyers.
- Determine customer needs and develop a sales strategy to meet those needs.
- Leverage existing customer base by offering add-on services and upgraded coverage.
- Prefer candidates with direct industry experience in low voltage fire alarm/fire protection/life safety systems.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Proven sales track record of regularly meeting/exceeding assigned sales plans and quotas.
- Ability to work self-directed with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work well independently as well as be a team player.
- 4-year College Degree Preferred or a minimum of 3 years direct industry experience.
- Proficient in the use of personal computers to include operating systems.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
